Karin Chu Hernandez is an Executive Director and Banker at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. She has experience with a range of affluent clients, such as international families and successful legal and consulting partners, who seek the sophisticated guidance of an industry leader to pursue the financial future they envision. She began as an interest rates structurer covering institutional clients on the trading floors of Citigroup Global Markets Hong Kong. Karin’s career eventually brought her to the San Francisco office of Citi Private Bank, where she most recently covered all asset classes and U.S. clients as the Head of Markets Sales for Citi Wealth at Work. Her career has allowed her to collaborate with colleagues in the Singapore, London, Tokyo, Mumbai and New York offices to achieve excellent client service. Karin earned her M.B.A. from Cornell University, Hon. BSc. from the University of Toronto and International Baccalaureate from the International School of Beijing. She is the VP of communications for the Cornell Club of Las Vegas and sits on the Events Committee for Women in Sports and Entertainment (WISE).
Karin and her husband are Meadows School parents and have two young children. They enjoy traveling and hiking in their free time.
