Bio
Stacey Dubowitch, MSHCA, CDP, CADDCT is a healthcare professional, dementia care specialist, and community leader with nearly 20 years of experience serving older adults, specializing in dementia care, education, and training. A native of Philadelphia, she earned her bachelor’s degree from Drexel University and a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from California State University, Long Beach, where she focused on dementia research.
Stacey has spent more than a decade working in the senior living industry in roles spanning new development, acquisitions, and lease-ups, shaping her deep understanding of operational needs, family decision-making, and the importance of high-quality dementia care programming. A Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer (CADDCT), and End-of-Life Doula, she later founded her consulting company to help senior care providers integrate evidence-based, non-pharmacological approaches into their care models.
She now serves as the Vice President of Community Outreach & Programs at Senior Resource Nevada, where she leads statewide dementia education initiatives, community programming, and cross-sector partnerships. Her leadership extends across Nevada’s healthcare, public policy, and innovation landscape. She is a board member of the Rotary Club of Green Valley, an Alzheimer’s Association Community Educator and Ambassador for Congressman Steven Horsford, a Community Advisory Board Member for BioTech Vegas, a member of the COBRE Advisory Board, and an appointee to the Nevada State Task Force on Alzheimer’s Disease (2025–2027).
Stacey’s mission centers on dementia care innovation, brain health policy, and community-driven aging initiatives. Her work reflects a lifelong commitment to elevating dementia care through education, non-pharmacological interventions, policy advancement, and collaborative community engagement ultimately helping position Nevada as a national leader in brain health and senior services.
