Dr. Rafael H. Kartaszyński, MBA is a serial entrepreneur, mentor, and investor with a long track record of building and scaling international companies. As an experienced founder, CTO, and CEO, he has led ventures through every stage of growth in the healthcare and IT industries, resulting in a multimillion-dollar exit and millions in funding acquired.
He holds a PhD in Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Illinois, with executive education from Harvard, Columbia, and Cornell. After moving from Poland to Las Vegas in 2019, Rafael co-founded TechEdge Dynamics, a growth studio helping non-technical founders scale, and VisionariesNV, a platform supporting international businesses entering the U.S. and global markets.
He actively mentors startups through programs like StartupNV, Founder Institute, and SelectUSA. Currently, he’s writing Grow Into It—a book revealing the honest, behind-the-scenes story of entrepreneurship and the mindset required to succeed without waiting for perfect conditions.
