Since 2008, Bongiovi Law Firm has been a constant presence in the Nevada business community. We are committed to helping entrepreneurs and small businesses navigate everything from entity formation and corporate governance to commercial leases, contracts, succession planning and exits. Additionally, we offer licensed-attorney support to understaffed in-house legal departments and guide nonprofits in proper formation and governance matters. We work primarily on predictable flat fees, so our clients can budget for our services. Our founding partner, Gina Bongiovi, is a Las Vegas native and alum of UNLV's JD/MBA program. Her partner, Bobby Misko, is also a Las Vegas native and graduate of UNLV.
